Benefícios nutricionais do açaí na saúde e produtos comercializados

O açaí é considerado uma boa fonte de vitaminas, minerais, de componentes bioativos como pigmentos, flavonoides, açúcares, esteróis e ácidos gordos, antocianinas e ácidos fenólicos. O objetivo deste artigo consiste em identificar as propriedades nutricionais do açaí, bem como os benefícios para a saúde tendo em conta os produtos existentes no mercado.
